(General Process Code) Article 387.2 literal h, establishes: "It will be understood as items to be charged as part of the price, the taxes owed by the executed, which are necessary for the deed, and all other expenses authorized by the court." The taxes necessary for the deed (according to current regulations) are the Real Estate Contribution and the Primary Tax, so the debt that a property has for these two items are discounted from the price, provided that it is thus provided for in the edicts. Unless the auction value is less than the sum of the two debts in which case the highest bidder must take charge of the difference.
